31f0139271 More Inara 3.3 support 
Add commanderFrontierID to header.
Send "setCommanderReputationMinorFaction" events.
Send "addCommanderFriend" and "delCommanderFriend" events.
Use array forms of "setCommanderRankPilot", "SetCommanderRankEngineer and
"SetCommanderReputationMajorFaction" events.
