eddn: Slightly rationalise passed StarSystem ...

* Call it system_name in `export_journal_fssdiscoveryscan()`, as `system`
  could be amigbuous.
* Might as well use `system` passed in to `journal_entry()` when calling
  `export_journal_approachsettlement()`.
