Troubleshooting: Expand on need to find and read Journal files

1. The game has to be able to write to the location.
2. Moving 'Saved Games' has to be done properly.

Also s/Elite: Dangerous/Elite Dangerous/g as the game name hasn't had
that colon there since the Horizons launch.
