Update Privacy Policy (Frontier oAuth2 and misc) 

* Inform that we do receive some PII from the Frontier oAuth2 service,
   but do nothing with it.
 * We no longer store OS/IP, because the update_feed is pointing at
   GitHub now.
 * Clarify EDDN, EDSM and Inara sections.
