5195c37d8b Better save file handling 
By using the plugin_dir, we always save in the plugin's folder.
This is useful when the plugin folder has another name
(for example: EDMC_SpanshRouter) and works cross platform.

a4b77c9879 Add a couple of additional workarounds 
If you are in supercruise, performing an FSS Discovery Scan or going in
or out of supercruise will now also update the route.
