* Installing a mariadb server and creating the database, plus db user
  and permissions.
* Installing to ~/.local/ with setup.py script.
* Installing the monitor files.
* Installing the schema files.
* Installing `netdata` Debian package for performance stats.
* Installing and configuring nginx as reverse proxy.
