Changes the default transcoding commands to only use the first audio
stream, instead of the first arbitrary stream.

Syntax is Ant-style Globs, with support for '**' (any subfolder). Default: '.:**' (or '.;**' in Windows`, meaning all folders and subfolders under `MusicFolder`
