Changed behavior from silently filtering invalid library IDs to returning ErrorDataNotFound (code 70) when any provided musicFolderId parameter is invalid or the user doesn't have access to it. The error message includes the specific library number for better debugging. This affects album/song list endpoints (getAlbumList, getRandomSongs, getSongsByGenre, getStarred) to provide consistent error handling across all Subsonic API endpoints. Updated corresponding tests to expect errors instead of silent filtering.
