Update README.md for no more Mac releases + misc

Browse Source 
* No more Mac releases.
 * Cite Windows 10 "Apps & Features" as place to go for uninstall.
 * Add Marginal to Acknowledgements.
 * Add ", 2020 EDCD" to Copyright.
